We at Mark H. Smith Incorporated offer free and unlimited telephone support to help our clients understand and interpret their ALMPro® Reports. When a new client receives their first ALMPro® Report, we initiate a telephone conference with them and/or their ALCO to guide them through the whole report. Subsequent telephone conferences are often scheduled when additional ALMPro® Reports are received by the client. They are encouraged to call anytime with questions regarding the ALMPro® Reports. We want them to be completely comfortable with the report. Our clients have expressed their appreciation for our prompt and intellectual responses to their telephone calls.

CU-ALM Report is a periodic newsletter written and published by Mark H. Smith Incorporated. It is written for the needs of small- to mid-sized credit unions and includes topics of current interest and basic ALM information. It is offered nationwide, free of charge, and carries absolutely no obligation.

We will train client executives and volunteers at their site, for up to one half day, at no charge to the credit union for our time but we will bill actual travel expenses.
